Not in the "For sale" section but.........

I have 3 bows for sale (this year's hunting bow is a Mathews Switchback XT).

I pulled most of the accessories off my '05 Hoyt Protec. I haven't shot the Protec much, less than 1500 shots in the 4 years I've had it. It's 65% let off, has XT 2000 limbs, is 26.5-29" draw (feels a little short, so I can't run it as a fingers bow). 60-70#, is right handed and has a Fuse two pc quiver. I got it new, was first one in the state in the "Safari" color. It's a tad over 37" axle to axle and clocks 300 FPS IBO. 400gr arrows at 72# got me 272 FPS (running 4" helical feather fletch).

No trades.........price is FIRM..................$300 plus shipping to lower 48. I paid $700 for the bow new, with nothing on it. Nice rig, some tiny spots...........have no room to store it (or the others, they're hanging in my bud's shop..............so they can be sold at any time (will pull them as buyers make contact), but no guarantees on availability until I get confirmation of sale, and have a chance to pull the bow(s)

I also have an Oneida Screaming Eagle, RH camo, 31" draw (long), 50-70". I short strung it with a 48" string to lessen the draw length and also the let off (more recurve like). I put new limb saddles on it. Short stringing doesn't hurt the bow according to Mikie Day and Jeff PA Hunter who are well known lever bow builders (Mikie owner of Monster bows, Jeff PA a builder). I talked to these guys on another forum. This bow is scratched up but solid, was my bowfishing rig, due to loaning out my High Country to a bud. $70 plus ship[ping to lower 48. The string is a fatty, you'll need a lesser strand 49" string to put it back to original spec.

Also have the High Country Sniper bowfishing rig. It has new cable/string, has the AMS (it works fine, bottle pops off now and then, can order new ones cheap- I put rubber O rings all over the AMS screws, so it is less noisy, reels fine, but feels different.

3 arrows, AMS and the bow $125 plus shipping. The bow is a beast.............it's heavy and 29" draw, goes to 65#. It'd be a good fingers bow, especially barebow.............if the riser wasn't so darn thick. A bit much for shallow water bowfishing, I have it backed down to 60 or a bit less most times.

My archerytalk rating on sale and buy before profile change ( one buy, one sale) was 100%, and I just sold a Mathews cam to a kid who lost his job and I gave him a month to pay me.................after I already sent him the cam.

I am very trusting........... because I can hunt down those who try to screw me over :-)

I'll be ordering a Hoyt recurve to replace the 3 I sell, may even trade them in, as a new shop is opening nearby and I know the owner. I want a Dorado riser in black, with Samick carbon/wood Tradtech limbs (short). The Dorado riser is a 19", an Excel FITA style in short is 21", and with the short limbs will get me 60-62" depending on riser.

Half the price of a Blackwidow, so worth a chance of being able to use it (shoulder not 100% for recurve shooting but better than it used to be).

Can't see buying another bow until I generate some $ (and space).
